Exchange & Return Policy

Please carefully inspect your merchandise upon arrival. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.

To exchange or return an item, please follow the steps below:

Complete the Fleurdelisandcompany.com Exchange/Return form on the packing slip and return it with your order. CAREFULLY repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. packages. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you do not have your Exchange/Return form, please include a note explaining the reason for the return or the item you would like in exchange and send it to:

Tracking and Shipping

Most orders are shipped the next business day of receipt from our facility in Louisiana. Original works of art may come directly from the artist's studio and will take up to one week to ship. No orders are shipped on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Fleurdelisandcompany.com only ships UPS Ground Service. This exclusive arrangement has allowed us to negotiate excellent shipping rates which enable us to offer extremely competitive rates.

Shipping Options

UPS Ground Service. Most packages arrive within 2-5 business days. Your tracking number is available upon request. Shipping days start after the package leaves our warehouse. Please allow one business day for order processing.
